With more than 10 years of experience in customer-centric software approaches Patrick joined Snabble in 2021 to help retail companies implement individual checkout solutions and by doing so to gain efficiency in internal and customer related processes. Understanding that all actions should relate to customer service and at the same time to the retailer’s success makes Patrick a sparring partner for a wide range of topics, e.g. business optimization, marketing, sales, future technologies, customer experience and IT projects. His primary goal is to collaborate with retailers on a better customer experience and process optimization, using disruptive technologies to take care of all challenging circumstances regarding the specific checkout scenarios.
