Store associates are key to customer experience, to service quality and efficiency as well as to customer insight. In our keynote we will explore why store associates cannot be excluded from digitalization. We will show archetypes of use cases: collaboration and process digitalization.
We will furthermore discuss how to involve store associates in such change and adoption initiatives and how to secure improved KPI. We will back this up by insights and best practices from Wempe and Edeka Trabold, as well as numerous unnamed projects we had the pleasure to contribute to.
