Marriott/Element Hotel

When Marriott International merged with Starwood they inherited the Element Hotel brand as part of the Westin portfolio. Element is a nature-inspired boutique hotel concept, created for wellness conscious guests. Upon evaluating the guest experience Marriott saw an opportunity to redefine the guest journey, key signature moments and its food and beverage offerings to better align with its brand promise and value propositions. Little worked with Marriott and a team of international consultants to reimagine the guest experience.
