Change, collaboration, a synchronised approach - as success factors along the entire value chain within the trade fair and event industry, both nationally and internationally, starting with the customer's needs, via idea generators, agencies, trade fair organisers, venue operators, caterers, logistics specialists, stand builders and fitters. The aim is not only to meet the needs of our customers of tomorrow today, but also to take into account and map the perspectives and demands of the industry players. Challenges must be identified and practical approaches to solutions must be developed jointly. Collaboration enhances the strengths of each of us, it expands our capabilities, creates new business models and changes perspectives. The development and expansion of collaborations must be seen as an opportunity for the industry to better meet customer needs. Together, we want to explore the questions of what customers expect from the industry, what influence innovations, trends and changing customer needs have on existing business models, what the trade fair and event industry of the future will look like and what it must achieve in order to survive. We explore the opportunities that cooperation brings in times of massive change.
