The freedom to live a creative life

Success and freedom are not opposites, but are mutually dependent. The key is creativity and the space people need to develop. A creative life and positive thinking bring about a changed perception of the social environment and strengthen private and professional performance. The success factor here is a cooperative approach to people, nature, organisations and yourself. In her lecture, Vera Viehöfer explains what leadership and the synchronisation of goals have to do with this. During her many different stations as a musician, author and in various roles in the agency industry, she puts one motto in the foreground: "You can't always know which path leads to the goal, but you can decide with whom you walk it together - cooperative thinking."
