Duży Ben is the biggest alcohol store chain in Poland with over 250 stores. After optimizing the process side in most areas the challenge was to achieve consistent execution of those processes, give clear feedback to employees, gather data in real time and in a digital format. TakeTask no-code system was implemented. It enables easy configuration, distribution, confirmation and verification of complex tasks on a large scale. Thanks to the digitization of processes, Duży Ben increased the efficiency and accuracy of work, as well as improved internal communication. The level of execution on multiple processes increased. Planograms and other standards are implemented faster, auditors can follow on the tasks they assigned to stores even once they are not present (they get photos with confirmations). Employees also save time as they get the information in one application, with all guidelines, and can confirm their work instantly. Auditors save time as they get the reports generated automatically, and the system remembers all tasks and their due dates.
