After Corona, the event industry is once again attractive for specialists and managers as well as newcomers: it offers a good salary level, high flexibility and numerous attractive fringe benefits. For the fwd:/R.I.F.E.L. study, 365 agencies, exhibition stand construction companies and event departments in companies were surveyed to determine salaries and special benefits before and after Corona for 25 skill profiles, information on working time models, home office, overtime, fringe benefits and other HR areas.
