2008-2015 — marketing director at DC-Ukraine (more than 400 stores in Ukraine). Successfully executed rebranding and reformat of the retail chain after its acquisition by Watsons Corporation. Developed and implemented loyalty program Watsons Club, which became on of the best in Ukraine (in retail) with more than 4 million participants.
 
2012-2013 — worked in Russian Division of Watsons, developed and implemented new health and beauty format of stores.
 
2015-2016 — Head of retail practice at FEDORIV. Worked with retail brands on consulting, marketing and retail with ukrainian retail chains (i.e., Budynok Igrashok, AGROMAT, Nova Poshta, Oberig Jewelry).
 
2016-2017 — Co-owner of DOT_DOT, worked with clients by using methodologies Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Value Proposition Canvas.
 
2017-2019 — Marketing Director of Modern Expo, partner at SQUARES, worked on rebranding, positioning and retail concepts.
