Michael Albert

Born in Celle (between Hamburg and Hannover) in 1960, father of eight children, living in Hannover.
Studied Music and Medicine in the 80’s, broke off both and became a joiner and designer with his
own workshop in Köln. Founded Lola in 2016 in Hannover, Lola meaning LoseLaden (the loose store).
Expanded up to three stores, until Covid forced him to reduce down to one store again. Developed
TareTag together with his partner Sonja during the pandemic.
